At Liquid Editions, each garment is made to order. We do not currently hold ready-to-ship stock, allowing each piece to be produced specifically for your order.

Please read the information below before placing your order.

Made to Order

All Liquid Editions pieces are made to order. As each garment is produced individually, please allow 3–6 weeks for production.

Made-to-order production means our service is not suitable for urgent orders or specific delivery deadlines. Production times may vary depending on the style, materials, craftsmanship and complexity of your garment.

Once your order is ready to leave our studio, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

Placing an Enquiry

If you would like to enquire about a particular piece before ordering, please contact us with:

  • The style you are interested in — a photograph or screenshot is sufficient

  • Your desired size

  • Any specific requirements or requests

We will confirm availability, production time, and any relevant details before proceeding with your order.

We offer worldwide delivery through a selection of trusted premium carriers.

Available delivery services and shipping costs vary depending on your destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Once you receive your dispatch confirmation email, estimated delivery times are:

Destination & Estimated delivery time:

  • UK 1–3 working days

  • EU 5–7 working days

  • Rest of the world 7–14 working days

These delivery windows are estimates and do not include the 3–6 week production period.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs clearance procedures. While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, delays caused by customs or local authorities are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery information.

You can use the tracking number to follow your parcel directly through the courier's website.

If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping costs.

Changes & Cancellations

Because our garments are made specifically to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order.

  • Orders may be amended or cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We recommend reviewing your size, delivery address and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Duties & Taxes

For most destinations, duties and taxes are included in the product price or calculated at checkout, so that you can see the applicable charges before completing your purchase.

Depending on your shipping destination, one of the following arrangements will apply:

  • Duties and taxes included in the product price shown

  • Duties included, with any applicable taxes calculated at checkout

  • Duties and taxes calculated at checkout, or, in some cases, payable upon delivery

All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Please note

Customs regulations, duties and taxes vary between countries. Delivery times may also be affected by local customs clearance procedures.

  • Customs procedures and charges are determined by the destination country.

  • Liquid Editions cannot control or influence customs clearance processes.

  • We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and cannot amend or reduce the declared value.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for any costs incurred, including:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Duties and taxes incurred

  • Any applicable costs associated with the return of the parcel

These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
